We would like to remind you that the deadline to submit your candidatures for the open positions on Agora Enschede is March 25th 23:59 CET. The address to apply is

You will be notified whether yours is/are approved or not. In case there are contradictions, we shall inform you about them and guide you through.

Open call for Proposals Explanation

We would like to remind that the Open call for proposals for the upcoming Agora Enshede has already been announced. The deadline to submit them is 11th of March 2012. Proposals after the deadline will not be accepted!

We would also like to inform you that we are always open for your questions and you can rely on our guidance. Moreover, on the following link you may find a guideline how to convert your idea into a discussable and ready-to-include in the CIA text:

Take into consideration that changes in the CIA need a special form and we will not approve them, if all the requisites are not covered. You may find an example of acceptable proposal in the Resource section of our webpage (click on Patterns):

In case you need additional assistance, you might have one of our Subcommissioners appointed, who will facilitate this process and insure the outcome of your proposal. He or she will guide you and will help you finish the text in the applicable form, which we need. We highly recommend you this opportunity to ease your work and save time and efforts!

The new 22.1 edition of CIA is now available! You can grab your copy from the download button below. This version has been updated with all the changes, approved by the Autumn Agora Skopje 2011, held in Struga in October.

The Juridical Commission announces the following Open calls:

1. For Positions:

Four Members of the Comité Directeur (01 September 2012 – 31 August 2013)
President of AEGEE-Europe
Secretary General of AEGEE-Europe
Financial Director of AEGEE-Europe
Audit Commission: Elections for the 3 members of the Audit Commission for the term until the next Agora.
Juridical Commission: Elections for the 2 members of the Juridical Commission for the term until the next Spring Agora.
Members Commission: Elections for the 4 members of the Members Commission for the term until the next Agora.
Secretary of the Agora: Elections for the Secretary of the Agora for a period of one ordinary Agora.
Network Commissioner: 6 members of the Network Commission for the term until the next spring Agora

All CANDIDATES have to fill in the ONLINE candidature application form which can be found at :

You will receive an e-mail about the status of your application.

The deadline to submit your candidature is set at MARCH 25th 2012, 23.59 CET. On the following week they will be published.

If after that time there are less candidates than places for a certain position, the deadline will be extended until the opening of the Agora for this certain position and will not be closed in case the amount of places for that certain position is reached within the extended deadline.

Then, after 20th April 2012 the online system will be closed and you will can candidate ONLY by approaching directly the Juridical Commission at the Agora.

2. For Proposals

We invite all capable Members and Organs of AEGEE-Europe to submit new proposals to the Juridical Commission using the following email address :

Proposals should be delivered in editable “.doc” format (not .pdf).

All proposals are subject to verification and approval by the Juridical Commission.

Applicants will receive an email about the status of their proposal.

Deadline for submitting new proposals is 11th of March 2012, 23:59 CET.

You can find a Proposal Kit in the Resource Section, which will help you to prepare your proposals in the necessary format.

EBM Reform

On the Agora Skopje 2011 the concept of the European Boards’ Meeting was changed. The purpose was revised, the number of the participants is tangibly decreased and even the agenda is restricted. Moreover, the name is a subject of discussion. This reform proves to be one of the substantial ones in the AEGEE history.

The present Juridical Commission (under the co-ordination of Atanas Nachkov) has developed a document, where the old regulations are compared with the new ones and the introduced changes are described. Our aims are to help the organizers of EBM-Izmir with the preparation and try to answer the questions coming from the AEGEE Network.

Weekly JC skype meeting

The present Juridical Commission has decided to introduce open skype meetings for the whole AEGEE Network. They will be held every Sunday* from 14:00 – 15:00 CET. If you have questions regarding the CIA and the legal matters of the Association or you just need our help, we will be there to assist you. Please check the Contact section for our co-ordinates.
